Chocolate Hazelnut Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250g pastry flour
- 50g almond flour
- 40g cacao powder
- 30g cacao butter (can be substituted with other oil)
- 200g soy milk
- 100g cane sugar
- 100g hazelnuts
- 80g chocolate chips (or use cut chocolate bar)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
