We partner with Australia Post to ship to New Zealand using International Express service for orders up to A$600. All orders and transactions are in Australian dollar.
We ship all orders placed before 12.00pm AEDT on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, on the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business

Shipping rates
It's simple to calculate the shipping rate for your order:
- Add your items to the shopping cart
- Go to your shopping cart
- Enter the shipping details
- Click Estimate Shipping
Your total shipping rate will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.
If the total weight of your order is over 20kg, we will need to split the delivery into multiple parcels.
Important notes before you purchase any items to be shipped to New Zealand
Biosecurity requirements and import health standards
Food items to be shipped to New Zealand are subject to New Zealand’s Biosecurity Act 1993 and must meet the requirements of New Zealand’s import health standards (IHS) before they can enter New Zealand.
Before you purchase any food items from us to be shipped to New Zealand, please ensure you check the biosecurity requirements and import health standards.

If the items you purchased are subject to New Zealand’s Biosecurity Act 1993 and held by the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) when they arrived in New Zealand, we do not accept any responsibilities for any costs incurred to take any actions required by the MPI office and do not provide any refunds for any purchased items that need to be returned or destroyed as a result of the assessment taken by the MPI office .

Are there any items that can't be shipped to New Zealand?
There are a few items that are prohibited/restricted by New Zealand Customs Service to be imported into New Zealand. These items include honey and hemp seeds.
Do you charge GST or other duties on orders shipped to New Zealand?

When will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 12.00pm AEDT on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, would be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm AEDT, on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Special delivery times will apply during Christmas / New Year period.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your delivery. Please note that delivery speeds vary by the shipping destination and the shipping service. As a guide only, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery speeds.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or ParcelPod Lockers?
We can ship your orders to your nominated PO Box address in New Zealand. Unfortunately we cannot ship your orders to ParcelPod Lockers.
What if I’m not available to accept the delivery during business hours?
If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
