We ship all orders placed before 12.00pm AEST on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, on the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business

We charge the shipping rates below for orders shipped to New Zealand. All shipping rates are exclusive of Australian GST and NZ GST.
Australia Post International Express service
Your total shipping rate will be calculated by adding the “Per Shipment (up to 20kg)” rate and the “Per kg” rate.
If the total weight of your order is over 20kg, we will need to split the delivery into several parcels due to the allowed maximum weight limit per parcel by Australia Post.
Total shipping rate = Per shipment rate (up to 20kg) + Per kg rate x total weight of your order
Example 1: if the total weight of your order is 10kg, then your total shipping rate = A$15.50 (per shipment rate up to 20kg) + A$4.30/kg x 10kg = A$58.50.
Example 2: if the total weight of your order is 35kg, then your total shipping cost = A$15.50 (per shipment rate up to 20kg) x 2 + A$4.30/kg x 35kg = A$181.50.

Are there any items that can't be shipped to New Zealand?
There are a few items that are prohibited/restricted by New Zealand Customs Service to be imported into New Zealand. These items include honey and hemp seeds.
Do you charge GST or other duties on orders shipped to New Zealand?
All orders shipped to New Zealand are exclusive of Australian GST and NZ GST. Your order may be subject to NZ taxes, customs or import duties once it arrives in New Zealand. We do not accept any responsibilities for any taxes, customs or import duties incurred. You may want to contact NZ Customs Office for further information.
When will my order arrive?
All orders placed before 12.00pm AEST on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, would be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm AEST, on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Special delivery times will apply during Christmas / New Year period.
When your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your delivery. Please note that delivery speeds vary by the shipping destination and the shipping service. As a guide only, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery speeds.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or ParcelPod Lockers?
We can ship your orders to your nominated PO Box address in New Zealand. Unfortunately we cannot ship your orders to ParcelPod Lockers.
What if I’m not available to accept the delivery during business hours?
If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
