We partner with Australia Post to ship to all Australian postcodes using eParcel service. For some destinations, we offer an option to ship using Sendle service.

We ship all orders placed before 12.00pm AEST on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, on the same day. All orders placed on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping for Retail customers

We offer our Retail customers free or discounted shipping rates for qualified orders to selected areas. Check out our discounted shipping offer for New Zealand.

If your order is qualified for free shipping, simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

If your order is qualified for discounted shipping rate, the discounted rate will be automatically applied at checkout.

For orders qualified for free or discounted shipping, we may ship your order using either eParcel (Australia Post), Sendle or TNT Express.

Can I pick up my order or organise my own courier?

If you want to pick up or organise your own courier to pick up your order from our warehouse, simply select the pickup option at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

You can pick up your order from our warehouse at the following address between 11am and 3pm AEST Monday to Friday excluding Victorian public holidays:

Shipping rates if your order isn't qualified for discounted shipping offer

We charge the shipping rates below based on your shipping destination. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.

We offer Australia Post eParcel service to all shipping destinations. Sendle service is available to selected destinations.

Please check the 'Metro Area Postcodes' section to see whether your destination postcode is part of metro shipping areas.

  • If you choose Australia Post eParcel service

Your total shipping rate will be calculated by adding the “Per Shipment (up to 20kg)” rate and the “Per kg” rate. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.

If the total weight of your order is over 20kg, we will need to split the delivery into several parcels due to the allowed maximum weight limit per parcel by Australia Post.

Total shipping rate = Per shipment rate (up to 20kg) + Per kg rate x total weight of your order

Example 1: if the total weight of your order is 10kg and you are shipping to Sydney, then your total shipping rate = $10 (per shipment rate up to 20kg) + $0.60/kg x 10kg = $16.

Example 2: if the total weight of your order is 35kg and you are shipping to Sydney, then your total shipping cost = $10 (per shipment rate up to 20kg) x 2 + $0.60/kg x 35kg = $41.

Option to ship using Sendle service is only available to selected destinations. Your total shipping rate will be calculated based on total weight of your order. Please refer to the table below for the Sendle shipping rates. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.

When will my order arrive?

All orders placed before 12.00pm AEST on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, would be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm AEST, on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Special delivery times will apply during Christmas / New Year period.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your delivery. Please note that delivery speeds vary by the shipping destination and the shipping service. As a guide only, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery speeds.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

We can ship your orders to your nominated PO Box address only if you choose Australia Post eParcel service. Unfortunately we cannot ship your orders to Parcel Lockers.

Do you ship to overseas destinations?

Yes, we also ship to New Zealand. Check out our shipping information to New Zealand.

What if I’m not available to accept the delivery during business hours?

If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
