Faulty Returns
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will cheerfully accept a return of the product you purchase from us, and offer you an exchange or a refund if the product is:
- Not of acceptable quality;
- Significantly different from the description;
- An incorrect product shipped to you; or
- Deemed faulty by us.
If you wish to make a claim under our Faulty Returns Policy, you must submit the request within 5 days of delivery confirmation. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or a refund if the claim is not received within the required period.
We will ask you for the original purchase receipt and other adequate proof of purchase when returning the product, and photographic evidence of the faulty product.
If your original purchase incurred a shipping fee, we will also cover the shipping cost for the return.
The refund will be made to your original payment method or through an alternative means. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed after the product has been received by us.
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept a return, or provide an exchange or a refund, where you have changed your mind, made a wrong selection, or found cheaper elsewhere.
If we agree, at our sole discretion, to accept a Change of Mind return:
- The product must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must not be used, consumed, opened or damaged in any way.
- The product must still be in its original packaging, in its original sealable condition and within its expiry date or best before date.
- You must organise the product return at your own expense and follow the directions that we provide for the return. We will not be liable if the product is damaged or lost in transit.
- We will ask you for the original purchase receipt and other adequate proof of purchase when returning the product.
- We will not refund a shipping fee that has been incurred. If the original purchase was eligible for a free shipping offer, we will deduct the shipping fee that has been incurred from the refund.
- A return fee of 20% of the purchase value, and any other costs to us arising from the return, will be deducted from the refund.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if any of the requirements are not satisfied.
