Returns Policy

We will cheerfully exchange the product you buy from us if:

  • It is not of acceptable quality;
  • It is an incorrect product shipped to you;
  • It is deemed faulty by us.

If you wish to make a claim under our Returns Policy, we will offer you an exchange provided that:

  • You return the item within 7 days of purchase;
  • You produce your original purchase receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item;
  • The product must not have been used, opened or damaged in any way;
  • The product is in its original packaging, in its original sealable condition and within its expiry date or best before date;
  • Any cost incurred by you in shipping the item back to us will be borne by you;
  • If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange.

We will not accept the return of items on the basis of ‘change of mind’ under any circumstances.
