- 200g pitted prunes
- 3 tbsp mixed peel
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp mixed spice
- 50g stem ginger, chopped
- 2 oranges
- 175g salted butter
- 175g light brown sugar
- 150ml honey
- 150ml spiced rum
- 150g self-raising flour
- 100g ground almonds
- 3 eggs
- 50g glace cherries
