- 50g unsalted butter
- 50g sugar
- 50g almond meal
- 5g flour
- 1 egg
- 50g sweet chocolate
Caramel nougat
- 40ml heavy cream
- 24g unsalted butter
- 32g sugar
- 16g honey
- 16g starch syrup
- 60g almond flakes
- melted chocolate
- pistachio
