Ingredients:
For the crust :
- 120g whole pastry flour
- 30g maple syrup
- 30g oil
For the filling :
- 70g cashew nuts
- 150g coconut milk (can substitute with any other milk)
- 30g bourbon (you can skip this)
- 60g brown rice syrup (any sweetener is okay to use)
- 40g coconut sugar (any sweetener is okay to use)
- 15g tapioca starch (you can use other kind of starch)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g pecan nuts
- 50g pecan nuts (for garnish on top)
