Organic Rapadura Sugar
Organic Rapadura Sugar, also known as Panela sugar, is made from an unrefined and unbleached organic cane sugar. The juice of organic sugar cane is slow cooked to evaporate the water until it crystallises into fine grains. Organic Rapadura Sugar has a rich golden colour and a sweet caramel aroma, due to retention of its natural molasses.
Organic Rapadura Sugar can be used to substitute white sugar, delicious for hot beverages, cooking recipes, baking recipes and desserts.
