White whole (WW) cashews have the highest cashew grade based on their shape and colour. These cashews, called white whole, are whole cashew kernels and have a white, pale ivory colour with minimal dark or brown speckles.
WW cashews are primarily used to make roasted cashews due to their whole shape and white coloured kernels. These cashews have a smooth creamy and buttery flavour with a slightly sweet finish.
Our WW super extra large cashews have a premium kernel size, much larger than our popular WW medium cashews.
