This is a fresh and vibrant Pinot Noir with layers of flavours adding complexity to it. Dark cherries and plums strike a perfect balance with intense savoury undertones of spice, mushrooms and forest floor. The wine has soft tannins and an everlasting finish. Pair with duck or soft mild cheeses.
