Shipping Information

Buying nuts online from Nut Grocer Australia is simple and easy!

We ship Australia wide, providing you with a number of courier network choices including Australia Post, StarTrack, CouriersPlease, and Aramex. For some destinations, we offer an option to ship using Sendle.

We ship most orders placed before 12.00pm VIC local time on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, on the same day. Orders placed on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You may occasionally experience longer processing times during high volume periods.

After your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking information to track your delivery.

Free or Discounted Shipping for non-business (personal) customers

We offer our non-business (personal) customers free or discounted shipping rates for qualified orders to selected areas. Check out our discounted shipping offer for New Zealand.

If your order is qualified for free shipping, simply select the free shipping option at checkout.

If your order is qualified for shipping discount, the discount will be automatically applied to the final shipping cost at checkout.

Shipping rates if your order isn't qualified for free/discounted shipping

It's simple to calculate the shipping rate for your order:

  • Add your items to the shopping cart
  • Go to your shopping cart
  • Enter the shipping details
  • Click Estimate Shipping

Your total shipping rate will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. All shipping rates are inclusive of GST.

If the total weight of your order is over 20kg, we will need to split the delivery into multiple parcels.

Can I pick up my order or organise my own courier?

If you want to pick up or organise your own courier to pick up your order from our warehouse, simply select the pickup option at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup.

You can pick up your order from our warehouse at the following address between 11am and 3pm AEDT Monday to Friday excluding Victorian public holidays:

When will my order arrive?

All orders placed before 12.00pm AEDT on any business day, Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays and Christmas / New Year period, would be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12.00pm VIC local time, on the weekend or on Victorian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Special delivery times will apply during Christmas / New Year period.

When your order is processed, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your delivery. Please note that delivery speeds vary by the shipping destination and the shipping service. As a guide only, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery speeds.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to your nominated PO Box address using Australia Post only.

Do you ship to Parcel Lockers?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to Parcel Lockers.

Do you ship to overseas destinations?

Yes, we also ship to New Zealand. Check out our shipping information to New Zealand.

What if I’m not available to accept the delivery during business hours?

If you are not available to accept the delivery during business hours, you can choose to have the package left at a designated area outside your home. Please note that choosing this option will be at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss or damage. We recommend that you provide us a work address or similar, where someone will be available to accept the parcel.
