Organic Australian Polenta
This organic polenta is made from Australian whole yellow maize grain (corn), coarsely milled into corn meal and sifted to remove the husks. Organic polenta is perfect to make traditional Italian corn porridge. It can also be used in baking recipes. To enjoy polenta as freshly cooked porridge, it is best to be slow-cooked until the corn meal swells and has a thick and creamy consistency. It can be cooled and then sliced and fried, grilled, or baked.
